Ron and Kim's Sour Cream Coffee Cake - By Ron and Kim Karkut

Cake Batter:

* 2 c. sifted flour
* 1/2 tsp. baking soda
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1 c. sugar
* 1/2 c. melted butter
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 pt. sour cream
* 1 tsp. vanilla

Cake Topping:

* 1/2 c. sugar
* 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
* 1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cake batter ingredients together in a bowl. Mix cake topping ingredients together in a separate bowl. Put 1/2 of the batter in a tube pan. Sprinkle in 1/2 of topping. Spread remainder of batter and sprinkle on the remainder of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes (depends on oven). Take out of over and let cool. Once cooled, use a butter knife to separate cake from outside of pan. Lift cake out and repeat with knife on the center and bottom of cake. Using 2 spatulas is the easiest way to lift the cake.
