Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Our worship service is the center of our life as a church.
Together, we sing praise, share concerns in prayer, and listen for the
word of God in our lives. Our choir is an integral part of our worship.
They participate in the weekly services, in special services, and in
performances outside of worship. In recent years the choir has presented
several cabarets, giving members a chance to perform their personal
favorites, and entertain church members and friends.
What We Believe
The faith of our church has been inherited from the protestants who
first settled New England. From its first days in 1892 to the present
time, our church has consisted of members from various denominational
backgrounds.
True to the Congregational respect for freedom, we require no common
creed. We look to the teachings of Jesus Christ in the bible for our
faith in God and guidance in our lives, and respect each individual's
search for faith and understanding. We believe in God's love for all
people and try to express this in our own lives and in the life of
our church community.
